Returns or exchanges will be accepted only if all the following conditions are met:

• The request is made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• The item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.
• Original invoice/receipt is presented.
• All original packaging, tags, certificates, and stones (if any) are intact.
• Silwear reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of the item before approving any exchange or store credit.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

• The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
• Custom-made or bespoke jewellery
• Personalised or engraved items
• Items made to customer-specified sizes, designs, or stone selections
• Discounted or promotional items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless manufacturing defects are proven.
